- About: MakeMyTrip is one of India's largest online travel platforms; the MakeMyTrip Bus gift card is a dedicated SKU usable only for bus ticket bookings on the MakeMyTrip website and apps.
- Validity: 12 months from date of issue
- Redemption Channels: Online only at www.makemytrip.com or on the MakeMyTrip Android and iOS apps; restricted to bus bookings
- Denominations: Range, any value from Rs 250 to Rs 1,000
- Partial Use: Allowed; balance remains on the card and can be used across multiple bus bookings until the validity ends
- Multiple Usage: Up to 3 gift cards can be combined and used in a single booking; balance amount must be paid via another payment mode
- Restrictions: Not valid on myBiz bookings; not applicable with Pay Later (Book Now Pay Later / Reserve Now Pay Later); cannot be clubbed with other ongoing offers, discounts or cashback on MakeMyTrip
- Cancellation Policy: Once issued, the gift card cannot be cancelled, exchanged for cash or revalidated; on cancellation of a booking made with the card, the amount is reversed back to the same card within validity
- Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails after the gift card is applied, the amount is auto-refunded to the same card within 48 hours
- Re-validation: Validity cannot be extended under any circumstances
