Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Magnify, we strive to provide a seamless experience across our membership plans, gift card store, and partner offers including cashback and affiliate links. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for each product type. Where a product-specific clause below conflicts with the general terms, the product-specific clause prevails. Pricing, plans, partner offers, and reward rates may change at any time at the sole discretion of Magnify.
Memberships
We offer flexible membership plans, at different price points. We understand that our services might not meet everyone's expectations. Therefore, we have implemented a "No Questions Asked" refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Refund Eligibility:
- If you are not satisfied with our consultation or any other services you have availed, you are eligible for a full refund.
- The refund request must be made post 15 days and up to 29 days of your membership purchase (i.e., between 15 and 29 days after the purchase date).
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact our customer service team via email at contact@magnify.club.
- Provide your membership details and the reason for your refund request (optional, but appreciated for improving our services).
- Our team will process your refund promptly, and you will receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Gift Cards
- All gift cards purchased on or through Magnify are non-refundable, non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable once an order is confirmed.
- Gift card codes, once issued or delivered (whether opened, used, or unused), cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason.
- Validity, redemption rules, blackout dates, and brand-specific terms are governed solely by the issuing brand. Please review the brand's terms and conditions before purchase.
- Lost, stolen, or expired gift card codes will not be replaced.
- Issues relating to the brand's own product or service, such as redemption failure on the brand's site or deactivation by the brand, must be raised with the issuing brand directly. Magnify acts only as a distributor.
- Exception: If a gift card was charged but never delivered, or the issued code is verifiably invalid at issuance, contact us within 7 days of purchase. After internal verification, Magnify may, at its sole discretion, re-issue the card or refund to the original payment method.
Affiliate Purchases & Cashback Rewards
- Magnify operates as a referrer and aggregator. Purchases initiated through our affiliate links, deeplinks, or partner offers are completed on third-party merchant websites and are governed solely by that merchant's terms, cancellation policy, and refund policy.
- Magnify does not sell, deliver, or fulfil any merchant product or service, and does not collect payment for these purchases.
- For any cancellation, return, refund, exchange, delivery issue, or product complaint relating to a partner or affiliate purchase, you must contact the merchant directly. Magnify will not process such requests.
- Cashback and rewards reversal: Cashback, points, or other rewards credited (or pending) for an affiliate purchase are subject to merchant confirmation. If the underlying transaction is cancelled, returned, refunded, modified, or disputed in full or in part, the corresponding cashback or rewards will be reversed, debited, or forfeited, even after credit to your account.
- Cashback is not guaranteed and may be delayed, partially approved, or rejected by the merchant. Magnify will pass through whatever the merchant confirms and does not underwrite affiliate cashback.
- Tracking failures: If a partner does not record your transaction, for example due to ad blockers, cookie issues, or app overrides, cashback may not be payable. We will assist on a best-effort basis but cannot guarantee retroactive credit.
Mag Miles and Points Transfer
- Mag Miles are loyalty rewards credited to your Magnify account based on qualifying activity. Mag Miles have no cash value, do not constitute money, deposits, securities, or property, and cannot be sold, gifted, inherited, willed, or exchanged for cash. They may be redeemed only through Magnify's stated avenues, including transfer to participating partner loyalty programs.
- Magnify currently offers transfers from Mag Miles to select airline frequent-flyer programs (including Air India Maharaja Club, Vietnam Airlines Lotusmiles, SAS EuroBonus, AirAsia BIG Loyalty, and Ethiopian Airlines ShebaMiles) and to Flipkart Supercoins. The list of partners, transfer ratios, minimum and maximum transfer amounts, daily or monthly caps, and bonus rates may change at any time at Magnify's sole discretion, without prior notice.
- Minimum first-transfer threshold: Your very first transfer of Mag Miles out of Magnify, to any partner program, must be at least 100 Mag Miles. Once you have completed one such qualifying transfer to any partner, all subsequent transfers, to the same partner or to any other partner, may be made in increments as low as 1 Mag Mile, subject to any partner-specific limits then in effect. Magnify may modify this threshold at any time at its sole discretion.
- Account name match:Your Magnify account name must match the name registered on your partner loyalty account. Transfers initiated to a mismatched, inactive, suspended, or closed partner account may be rejected, held, or absorbed by the partner at the partner's discretion. Magnify will not refund or replace Mag Miles in such cases. It is your responsibility to verify partner account details before confirming any transfer.
- Irreversibility:Once a transfer is initiated and confirmed by you, the corresponding Mag Miles will be deducted from your Magnify account and cannot be reversed, refunded, returned, re-credited, or re-routed under any circumstances. This includes, without limitation, user error, change of mind, account name mismatch, partner-side rejection, transfer delay, account closure, or technical failure on the partner's side.
- Partner program governs the destination:Once Mag Miles are converted to partner currency (Maharaja Points, Lotusmiles, EuroBonus points, BIG Points, ShebaMiles, Flipkart Supercoins, etc.), the partner's program terms, expiry rules, redemption rules, devaluations, blackout dates, fees, and account-level actions (including suspension or termination of partner accounts) apply exclusively to the credited points. Magnify has no control over and accepts no liability for any partner-program decision affecting credited points.
- No guarantee of partner availability: Magnify does not guarantee the continuous availability of any partner. Partners may be paused, removed, or replaced at any time, with or without notice. Mag Miles already in your account remain available for transfer to any then-active partner, subject to these terms.
- Transfer bonuses and promotions: Any transfer bonus, accelerator, or promotional rate applies only to qualifying transfers initiated within the stated promotional window and meeting all stated conditions. Bonuses are non-stackable with other offers unless explicitly stated, are not retroactive, and may be capped per user. Magnify reserves the right to modify, shorten, extend, or withdraw any promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
- Processing time: Transfers are typically processed within the timelines indicated at the time of transfer but may take longer due to partner-side processing, scheduled maintenance, regulatory verification, or anti-fraud review. Magnify is not liable for delays caused by partners, payment processors, or third-party systems.
- Fraud, abuse, and forfeiture:Magnify reserves the right to refuse, cancel, hold, reverse, or forfeit any transfer, debit additional Mag Miles, suspend or close accounts, and seek recovery of already-credited partner points (where partner cooperation permits) where it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, multiple accounts, point-farming, gaming of bonuses, breach of these terms or partner program terms, or any unlawful activity. Determinations under this clause are made at Magnify's sole discretion.
- No refund of redeemed Mag Miles: Mag Miles redeemed for any reward, transfer, gift card, or service are non-refundable, regardless of any subsequent cancellation, refund, return, or dispute of the underlying reward by you, the partner, or any merchant.
General Terms
- Anti-fraud and abuse:Magnify reserves the right to deny, hold, reverse, or forfeit any refund, cashback, reward, or membership benefit, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where it suspects fraud, misuse, multiple accounts, abnormal activity, or breach of these terms or applicable law. Determinations under this clause are made at Magnify's sole discretion.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting Magnify support to attempt resolution may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any pending or accrued cashback, rewards, and membership benefits. We reserve the right to contest fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.
- Right to amend: Magnify reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time at its sole discretion, without prior notice. The most current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Website, app, or services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
- Refund processing: Where refunds are payable, they will be issued to the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider. Magnify is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks, or payment processors.
- Jurisdiction: This policy is governed by the laws of India and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi. This policy must be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
