Your Miles & More award miles stay valid for 36 months, and they never expire while you hold Miles & More elite status or an active Miles & More credit card. In practice, three years is plenty of runway to plan the trip the miles are for.

That is more Lufthansa Group seat access than any other Star Alliance programme can offer, often including award space partner programmes never see.
Yes. Globetrotter is a Magnify membership, and we set it up officially with our partners. The Miles & More award miles are credited into your own account through Lufthansa's Miles & More programme, and your GHA DISCOVERY Platinum status is set up directly with GHA DISCOVERY. Both are our partners, and everything inside the membership is arranged through them, in your name.
Not today. Globetrotter credits the full balance into a single Miles & More account, which then redeems across the entire Star Alliance network: Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian, Singapore Airlines, ANA, Air Canada and the rest. Splitting into a second loyalty programme is on the roadmap for a later release.
Anywhere Star Alliance flies. Once the miles land in your Miles & More account, they redeem on Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian, ANA, Singapore Airlines, Air Canada, Turkish, Thai and the rest of the alliance, for the same number of miles as a Lufthansa redemption on the same route. Our team can help you find award space on the carrier that fits your dates.
Globetrotter is non-refundable once payment is taken. We open fulfilment the moment your transaction confirms, and partner credits cannot be reversed, so please make sure you're ready before you click Reserve. On our side, the miles are credited within two business days of your details and every step is logged in writing. If anything goes wrong on our side, we contact you directly to make it right.
