About Zepto Gift Card
A Zepto gift card adds straight to your Zepto account and pays for your grocery orders on www.zeptonow.com and the Zepto app. Denominations run from ₹100 up to ₹10,000, and the code arrives instantly after payment.
To redeem it, log in to the Zepto app (version 24.10.3 or above), open My Profile or Settings, go to Zepto Cash & Gift Card, tap Add Card, and enter the 16-digit card number with its 6-digit PIN. Whatever you do not spend on one order stays as balance for the next, and if an order costs more than the balance, you pay the difference by card, netbanking or UPI. The balance cannot be transferred to another instrument or used to buy other gift cards.
Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of activation, and expired cards may be revalidated on request after verification. Every purchase here earns 0.9% back in Mag Miles.
How to redeem
- You must have an active and valid Zepto account with updated name, surname, and mobile number
- Ensure you have downloaded Zepto app version 24.10.3 or above
- Login to Zepto Platform (website or app)
- Click on My profile / Settings
- Go to Zepto Cash & Gift Card
- Click on "Add Card" option to add the Gift card
- Enter 16 Digit Card Number, 6 Digit PIN and Submit
- The Gift Card value will be added to your Zepto account
- For balance inquiry, visit the payments section in your app
- If order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/UPI or other valid payment options
- Protect your Gift Card PIN or Gift Card number as confidential
