How long does a transfer take?+
Transfers are instant. Your IndiGo BluChips will appear in your account right away.
Is there a minimum or maximum transfer amount?+
Your first-ever transfer requires a minimum of 100 Mag Miles. Once you have completed at least one transfer or redemption to any programme, all future transfers require just 10 Mag Miles, even to a new partner. There is no maximum cap, so transfer as many miles as you have available.
Do I need an IndiGo BluChip account to transfer?+
Yes. You'll need an IndiGo BluChip Membership ID. You can sign up for free on the IndiGo website or app, then link it in Magnify.
Can I reverse a transfer?+
No. Once Mag Miles are transferred to IndiGo BluChips, the transfer cannot be reversed. Please double-check the amount and your IndiGo BluChip Membership ID before confirming.
What happens if I enter the wrong IndiGo BluChip Membership ID?+
Miles transferred to an incorrect IndiGo BluChip Membership ID cannot be recovered by Magnify. Make sure your Membership ID is correct before initiating a transfer. If you run into issues, contact our support team at contact@magnify.club.
Do IndiGo BluChips expire?+
No. IndiGo BluChips never expire as long as a member is program active. Check the latest programme terms on IndiGo's website.
Is there a fee for transferring Mag Miles?+
No. Transfers from Mag Miles to IndiGo BluChips are completely free. You pay nothing, just transfer and fly.
