How to redeem
- Visit a Ratnadeep retail outlet near you (Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Bangalore or Guntur).
- Choose the products you would like to buy.
- Present the valid gift card (number and PIN) to the cashier as a payment option at the time of billing.
- Pay any balance amount via cash or card.
Things to note
- Validity: Balance must be used within 365 days from date of issue.
- Redemption Channels: In-store only at Ratnadeep retail outlets.
- Geographic Restrictions: Outlets available only in Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Bangalore and Guntur.
- Multiple Usage: The e-Gift Card must be redeemed in full; partial redemption is NOT allowed.
- Cash Refunds: The balance amount left on the gift card cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
