How to redeem
- To add the Gift Card to your Uber account:
- Make sure you have the latest version of the Uber app
- Tap the menu icon and select "Payment"
- Tap "Add Payment Method" and select "Gift Card"
- Enter your gift code (no spaces)
- To use your Gift Card credits:
- Gift Card credits will apply to your next trip or order by default
- If you want to use a different payment method:
- Enter your destination
- Tap the payment method info at the bottom of the next screen
- If you have more than one profile, tap "Change payment method"
- Toggle "Uber Credits" to turn them off (credits will be turned off only for that ride)
- If your credits aren't completely used up, the remaining balance will be applied to your next ride or order
- Balance Check: To check your balance, visit the payments section in your Uber app

Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 12 months from the date of activation
- Revalidation: Expired Gift Cards may be revalidated upon request after verification
- Usage Restrictions: Cannot be used outside of India; Cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards; Cannot be used to make payments on credit accounts
- Transferability: Once added to an Uber account, it can't be transferred; Gift Card balance cannot be transferred to any other instrument
- Multiple Cards: You can add as many gift cards as you like to your Uber account
- Cancellation Policy: Once purchased, cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned by the purchaser
- Reloading: Gift Cards cannot be reloaded with additional funds
- Fees: No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards
- Jurisdiction: Governed by the laws of India with courts in Delhi/Bangalore having exclusive jurisdiction
