How to redeem
- For Flights & Hotels (Online only):
- Visit www.makemytrip.com or use the MakeMyTrip Android & iOS app
- Select your Flight/Hotel and fill required details until you reach the payment page
- On Website: Click on "More options" and select "Gift Card" as your Payment Mode
- On App: Choose Gift Card as the payment option
- Enter your Gift Card number (16 Digit) and 6 Digit PIN
- Click on "Make Payment" and pay any balance amount using other payment methods
- For Holiday Packages (Offline redemption):
- Call Domestic and International Holiday packages: 0124-4859657 (9 AM to 9 PM)
- Email at gifts@makemytrip.com
- Visit any MakeMyTrip Branch
- Provide Gift Card code/Physical copy along with an ID proof for offline redemption
- Balance Check: To check your voucher balance & validity, visit https://www.makemytrip.com/gift-cards/

Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase; cannot be extended under any circumstances
- Multiple Usage: Valid for partial redemption; balance remains in the Gift Card till validity period and can be reused
- Combination: Multiple Gift Cards (up to 3) can be combined and used in 1 booking
- Restrictions: Not valid on Cab, Bus, Activities, Rail, Homestays and VISA; Not valid on bookings through myBiz; Not applicable with Pay Later payment option
- Compatibility: Cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer/discount/cashback/promotion
- Cancellation Policy: Cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash
- Refund Policy: For bookings cancelled within validity period, amount is reversed to the same card; after expiry, no refund will be processed
- Loss/Theft: MakeMyTrip is not responsible if the Gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission
- Jurisdiction: Courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes
