How to redeem
- Visit https://www.sterlingholidays.com/bookings
- Book a holiday at a participating Sterling resort
- Select Payment mode as 'Gift Card'
- Enter the card number and PIN to redeem
- If purchase value exceeds card value, pay the difference via accepted credit or debit card at the time of reservation
Things to note
- Validity: 1 year from the date of issuance
- Multiple Usage: Multiple transactions allowed until the value of the card is exhausted
- Usage Restrictions: Valid for spends towards stay and applicable taxes at participating Sterling Resorts when booked on www.sterlingholidays.com. NOT valid for banquet charges, paid-outs (car transfers), retail/third-party spends at resorts, or personal-nature expenses (medicines, sightseeing). Cannot be used to settle stays booked on corporate rates, group rates, OTAs, contracted/discounted room rates, or via travel agents/intermediaries/commission agents. Cannot be used as a deposit or for cash withdrawal/currency exchange
- Transferability: Cannot be transferred for balance value, redeemed for cash, or used as deposit. In case of theft, contact Qwikcilver - once verified, the card is blocked and a fresh card with the original card's balance validity is reissued
- Combination: Cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer/promotion or benefit
- Redemption Channels: Online only - Sterling Holidays website (www.sterlingholidays.com); valid Gift Card (email/SMS form) must be presented at the time of availing service
