How to redeem
- Eligible Purchases: Can be used to buy Air India tickets and ancillary products on the Air India website and mobile app
- Restrictions: Cannot be used for travel insurance, upgrades, or any goods/services offered by third parties
- Redemption Channels: Only redeemable online; cannot be redeemed through offline channels like airport ticketing centers
- Payment Combinations: Can be used with other payment modes like credit cards, but only on the Air India website and mobile app
- Transaction Failures: In case of transaction failures, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same Gift Card within 24 hours
- Compatibility with Offers: Can be combined with any offer, discount, cash back, or promotion on Air India's website
- Booking Cancellations: If booking is cancelled within the validity period, the amount deducted from the Gift Card will be reversed to the same Gift Card
- Post-Expiry Cancellations: No refund will be processed if cancellation occurs after the Gift Card has expired

Things to note
- Issuer: Air India is the issuer and redeeming entity for Gift Cards
- Validity: Valid until the date mentioned on the Gift Card; validity cannot be extended under any circumstances
- Denomination Range: Can be purchased in any denomination between INR 1,000 and INR 2,00,000
- Currency: Can be purchased and redeemed only in Indian currency (INR)
- Transferability: Fully transferable but cannot be resold
- Purchase Methods: Can be purchased using credit card or debit card only
- Partial Redemption: Some Gift Cards can be redeemed only once, while others can be redeemed multiple times until the balance goes to zero
- Multiple Usage: Up to a maximum of three (3) Gift Cards can be combined and used in a single transaction
- Cancellation Policy: Once issued, cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged for cash
- Usage Limitations: Cannot be used for unauthorized withdrawal of cash or currency exchange
- Group Travel: Cannot be redeemed for group travel
- User Restrictions: For individual use only; if travel agents are found using the card, the booking will be cancelled without refund
