How to redeem
- Register and activate your Gift Card by logging into the self-serve application at https://bit.ly/itcclaim, or send an SMS as: ACT [space] 16-Digit Card Number [space] 6-Digit PIN [space] FirstName [space] LastName to 75069 98660
- Visit any participating ITC Hotels Group property in India
- At the time of payment, provide the 16-digit card number and the OTP to redeem
- Multiple transactions can be performed until the card value is exhausted
- If the purchase value exceeds the card value, pay the balance in cash or via an accepted credit or debit card (international cards are not accepted)
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 1 year from the date of issuance; expired cards may be revalidated on request after due verification, subject to additional terms
- Redemption Channels: In person at participating ITC Hotels Group properties in India (ITC Hotels, Welcomhotels, Fortune and WelcomHeritage)
- Activation Required: The card must be registered and activated (self-serve application or SMS) before redemption
- Eligible Spends: Stays (room and incidental charges), food and beverages, home deliveries and takeaways, spa services (for resident guests only), Fabelle boutiques, Sleeep Boutique and applicable taxes
- Ineligible Spends: Banquet charges, paid-outs like car transfers, spends at retail or third-party establishments at hotels, and expenses of a personal nature
- Rate Restrictions: Cannot be used to settle stays booked on corporate rates, group rates, Online Travel Agents (OTAs) or any discounted/contracted room rates
- Multiple Usage: Multiple transactions can be performed until the card value is exhausted
- Balance Payment: If the purchase value exceeds the card value, pay the difference in cash or via an accepted credit or debit card (international cards are not accepted)
- Loyalty Points: Club ITC Green Points are not awarded for amounts settled using Gift Cards
- Cash Conversion: Not valid for withdrawal of cash or currency exchange; reloading is not applicable
