How to redeem
- Activate your e-gift card by sending an SMS from your registered mobile in the format: ACT CardNumber CardPin FirstName LastName to 9741352666
- At check-in or check-out at the participating Marriott property, present the e-gift card email received at purchase
- Share the 16-digit gift card number and 6-digit PIN with the front desk to apply against your eligible bill
- Settle any remaining balance via another payment method
Things to note
- Validity: 1 year from date of issuance
- Redemption Channels: In-property only (offline) at participating Marriott hotels in India; cannot be used online
- Geographic Use: Cannot be used outside India
- Multiple Usage: One-time use card; up to 10 vouchers can be applied per order
- Excluded Bookings: Advance purchases, deposits, friends and family rates, payments for meetings, catering or group functions, and any other negotiated or third-party (OTA) rates
- Eligible Use: Subject to terms, redeemable at hotel-operated restaurants, spa, salon or other services provided directly by the participating hotel
- Activation Required: Card must be registered and activated via SMS before use
