How to redeem
- For Online Redemption:
- Visit www.croma.com, select your products and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your gift voucher details in the payment section.
- If the purchase value exceeds the voucher value, pay the difference using the other modes of payment available on the website.
- For In-store Redemption:
- Visit any Croma store and select your products.
- Present your gift voucher at the checkout counter.
- Pay any remaining balance if your purchase exceeds the voucher value.
- Balance Check: For queries, balance check and expiry date, contact any Croma store, check balance on www.croma.com, or contact Croma care at 186026627662 | 04046517910.
Things to note
- About: Croma is a leader in electronics and home appliances, offering a wide range of products and expert advice.
- Validity: Valid for 365 days from the date of issuance.
- Redemption channels: Redeemable online at www.croma.com and at Croma stores across India.
- Usage: The voucher has to be utilized in one single transaction; the balance will not be carried forward.
- Multiple usage: Up to 5 Croma EGVs can be redeemed on a single invoice on croma.com.
- Reloading: The voucher cannot be reloaded.
- Cancellation: Once issued, the company will not entertain any request for cancellation.
