- Visit the Samsung gift voucher redemption website
- Browse and select Samsung products (Mobile Phones, Laptops, Tablets, Smartwatches, Audio products, Televisions, Monitors, Projectors, Air Conditioners, Microwaves, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Vacuum Cleaners, Dishwashers and more)
- Add desired products to your cart
- If purchase value exceeds the E-Gift Voucher value, pay the differential amount using other available payment modes
- Complete your purchase
- All Consumer offers are applicable as per terms of the offers, including affordability, upgrade and bundle offers
- In case of Partial Order cancellation by Samsung, only the value of the cancelled product shall be refunded to the user

Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 12 months from the date of issuance/communication
- Issuer: Issued by Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd ("SIEL" / "Samsung") with Pine Labs Private Limited as technology partner
- Denomination Range: Can be purchased Min Rs. 500 and Max Rs. 10,000
- Usage Limitation: Has to be utilized in one single transaction and the balance will not be carried forward or refunded
- Order Limitation: A maximum of only 1 Samsung E-Gift Voucher can be redeemed against one order
- Refund Policy: Cannot be refunded, replaced, transferred or exchanged for cash/cheque. Cannot be reloaded
- Lost Cards: SIEL will not be responsible if any Samsung E-Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission
