How to redeem
- Visit gftr.it/vjs to activate / add E-Pay Code to your account.
- Share the registered mobile number with the cashier once products are scanned for invoicing.
- Cashier confirms the available Gift Voucher and its balance.
- Customer confirms the amount to be used for redemption; cashier proceeds with invoicing. Pay any balance via other available payment modes.
Things to note
- Multiple Usage: Once added to E-Pay balance (linked to registered mobile), Vijay Sales GV balance can be used over multiple transactions for any amount
- Usage Restrictions: Insta Gift Voucher accepted at Vijay Sales stores only. Beneficiary should announce intent to use the GV before making a purchase. Brand may ask for a valid Government identity proof at redemption. Cannot be used on specific blackout dates (set by Vijay Sales)
- Combination: Multiple vouchers can be used against one bill (after adding all vouchers to the customer's Vijay Sales GV balance)
- Transferability: GV balance is mapped to the registered mobile number; transfer of balance is not possible (will stand cancelled)
- Redemption Channels: In-store only at Vijay Sales outlets
- Cancellation Policy: Cannot be revalidated once expired. No credit note or refund for unused balance. If GV gets blocked due to technical issue, activated within 72 hours
