How to redeem
- Redemption Channels: Redeemable only on the AJIO Portal (desktop website/mobile website/mobile application)
- Registration Process: Add the gift card value to your AJIO Wallet as AJIO Cash (This constitutes registration on the AJIO Portal)
- Balance Handling: If order value is less than the gift card value, the outstanding balance will reflect as AJIO cash in your wallet for future transactions
- Excess Payment: If order value exceeds the gift card amount, you'll need to pay the balance
- Promotional Compatibility: Can be combined with promotional codes and other payment options
- Returns Policy: In case of returns, the E-Gift card amount bounces back and stays in your wallet
- For Disputes: Any dispute shall be referred to Pine Labs and their decision shall be final
- Jurisdiction: Terms shall be governed by laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Issuer: Issued by Pine Labs Private Limited
- Wallet Integration: Gift card value must be added to the AJIO wallet account as AJIO Cash for redemption
- Wallet Balance Validity: Once stored in the AJIO Wallet as AJIO cash, it will have a total validity of 365 days for redemption
- Usage Limitations: Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
- Product Restrictions: Cannot be redeemed for gold/silver coins, gold/silver bars, and jewellery
- Cash Conversion: Cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit and cannot be reloaded
- Transferability: Value added to AJIO Wallet account is not transferable to any other account or bank account
- Multiple Cards: Registered users can add multiple AJIO Gift Cards to their AJIO Wallet and use the combined AJIO Wallet Balance
- Security: AJIO Portal is not responsible for acts of omission or commission if E-Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission
- Cancellation Policy: Once issued, cannot be cancelled or refunded
