How to redeem
- Visit any exclusive brand ONLY store in India
- Select the clothing items or accessories you wish to purchase
- Present your gift card at checkout
- The entire amount must be redeemed in a single transaction
- If your purchase exceeds the gift card value, pay the balance via other payment methods available at the store

- For any dispute regarding this gift card, the decision of ONLY Retail Pvt. Ltd. shall be final and binding
- All disputes arising in respect of this card shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for one year from the date of purchase/issue
- Issuer: This card is the property of ONLY Retail Private Limited
- Usage Limitation: Valid for one time use only & the entire amount needs to be redeemed in a single transaction
- Unused Balance: Any amount not utilized upon expiry of the Card will be forfeited by the Issuer
- Partial Redemption: Any balance pending after the first usage shall expire immediately
- Excess Amount: Any amount in excess of the card value must be paid via alternate payment modes available at stores
- Returns Policy: In case of return of a product paid via gift card, the said amount would be available as credit note available to be redeemed at exclusive ONLY stores
