About Zomato Gift Card
A Zomato gift card claims into Zomato Money and pays for your orders on the Zomato app and website. Three denominations are available, ₹500, ₹1,000 and ₹2,000, and the code normally arrives instantly, though in rare system delays it can take up to 72 hours.
To redeem it, log in to your Zomato account, use the Claim option, and enter the 16-digit number with its 6-digit PIN. The balance can be combined with promotional codes and other digital payment options, multiple cards can be clubbed on a single order, and if an order is cancelled, the amount returns to your gift balance. Unused balances cannot be transferred to another Zomato account or redeemed for cash.

How to redeem
- The gift card must be added to your Zomato Money balance via the "Claim" option
- Log in to your Zomato account on the website or mobile app
- Enter the 16-digit electronic PPI number and 6-digit PIN
- The balance will be added to your Zomato account
- Use the balance for purchases on Zomato platform
- If purchase exceeds gift card balance, remaining amount can be paid through credit card, net banking, debit card or other digital payment methods
- Gift cards with earliest expiration dates will be applied first if multiple cards are loaded
