How to redeem
- In-Store Redemption:
- Inform the cashier that you plan to use E-Gift Card for making payments before billing
- Present the E-Gift Card at checkout
- More than one E-Gift Card can be used in one bill in stores
- Online Redemption:
- Purchases can be done on Website/App for the amount or less than that in the card
- Example: If a card has a balance of Rs 500, customer can buy for Rs 500 or less on Website/App
- Balance Check: For balance and expiry check, SMS 16-digit card number to 55757575 (format: 1234123412341234)
- Additional Information: For all amendments, card balance & expiry details, please visit https://online.kfc.co.in
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute related to the E-Gift Card should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final
- Jurisdiction: All disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of court at New Delhi
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 6 months from the date of issue; any unused balance will expire automatically
- Redemption Channels: Redeemable at participating KFC Stores in India
- Usage Limitations: This is a one-time use card & any unused balance cannot be used again
- Multiple Usage: More than one E-Gift Card can be used in one bill in stores
- Revalidation: E-Gift Card Cannot be revalidated once expired
- Cash Redemption: No cash refunds will be given against the card (including in case of loss or otherwise)
- Usage Restrictions: Only participating KFC Stores would accept the E-Gift Card; the list may change without prior notice
