How to redeem
- Visit Biryani By Kilo's Mobile App, Mobile Website (PWA), or Desktop Website
- Select the Biryani By Kilo products you wish to purchase
- Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout
- On the payment page, select the option to use an E-gift Voucher
- Enter your E-gift Voucher code when prompted
- Complete your order
- Remember that this voucher must be used in a single transaction and in full value as remaining amount will be lapsed if not used 100%
- Note that only one E-gift Voucher can be used per order
- Be aware that the voucher cannot be redeemed in physical Biryani By Kilo restaurants
- Any pre-order discounts or after-order discounts will not be applicable when using this voucher
- Ensure that you use your voucher before its 1-year validity period expires
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 1 year from date of issue
- Redemption Platforms: Can be used to purchase any Biryani By Kilo's product on Biryani By Kilo's India Mobile Apps/Mobile Website (PWA)/Desktop Website
- Usage Limitations: Can be used 1 time only; remaining amount will get lapsed if not used 100%
- Cash Conversion: Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Cancellation Policy: Once E-gift Voucher has been purchased it is considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged
- Refund Policy: No refund will be made for any lost E-gift Vouchers and no revalidation is allowed for expired gift Vouchers balance
- Multiple Cards: Maximum one EGV can be used per order
- Liability Limit: BBK maximum liability for any reason whatsoever shall not exceed the purchase value of the e-gift Voucher
- Redemption Channel: Redemption will happen on Biryani By Kilo's digital assets i.e. Mobile APP/Mobile Website (PWA) and Desktop website. In restaurants redemption will NOT be available
- Discount Compatibility: Any pre-order discount like CRM, Combos and any after order discount like Late or any specific guarantee in place with Biryani By Kilo will NOT be applicable
