How to redeem
- Visit any Lite Bite Foods (Punjab Grill) outlet; prior reservation is recommended
- Inform the staff at the time of billing that you would like to pay using the gift voucher
- Present the voucher; only one voucher can be redeemed per bill
- Valid only on dine-in or take-away (not on 31st December); pay any balance using another method
Things to note
- Validity: 6 months from the date of issue
- Multiple Usage: Voucher can be redeemed only once; only one voucher can be redeemed per bill
- Usage Restrictions: Redeemable across all Lite Bite Foods (LBF) outlets. Valid only on dine-in or take-away - not on 31st December. Voucher cannot be clubbed with any other offers running at outlets. Prior reservation is recommended
- Transferability: Only the intended recipient can use the voucher; cannot be transferred, resold, exchanged with a third party, or encashed
- Combination: Cannot be combined with other offers
- Redemption Channels: In-store only - at Lite Bite Foods restaurant outlets (Punjab Grill and other LBF brands)
- Cancellation Policy: Lite Bite Foods may reject or cancel a voucher if it reasonably believes there has been a breach. The holder has no claim against LBF in such cases
