How to redeem
- Announce that you would like to use the Subway E-Gift voucher before placing your order at the Subway outlet
- Present the voucher to the cashier via Email / SMS / WhatsApp
- At checkout, provide the 16-digit card number and 6-digit PIN to the Subway outlet personnel
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase for dine-in transactions only
- Format: Available as an e-voucher
- Usage Limitations: Redeemable only once; any balance left on the card will be forfeited
- Multiple Cards: Multiple Gift Cards (more than one) cannot be clubbed in a single transaction
- Balance Handling: If invoice amount exceeds gift card value, balance must be paid by cash, credit/debit card, UPI or other acceptable forms of payment
- Expiry Policy: Expired gift cards cannot be used again and their value will not be refunded
- Redemption Locations: Valid at Subway restaurants (Company Owned and Franchisees) as per the specified list
- Usage Restrictions: Cannot be used for purchases through delivery platforms (like Zomato, Swiggy, ONDC sellers, etc.)
- Cancellation Policy: Once purchased, considered sold and cannot be cancelled, redeemed for cash, refunded, exchanged or refilled
