How to redeem
- Visit the Freshmenu website or use the mobile app
- Create or log into your Freshmenu account
- Navigate to the Freshmoney wallet section
- Enter your eGift Card details to add the amount to your Freshmoney wallet
- The entire gift card amount will be credited to your wallet
- Use the Freshmoney wallet balance to pay for your orders
- You can use this balance across multiple orders until it's exhausted or expires
- If purchasing the eGift Card in a city not mentioned (Bangalore, Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai), the amount will not be reimbursed/refunded
- For any disputes, refer to Freshmenu as their decision shall be final
- eGift Cards are normally delivered instantly, but sometimes due to system issues, delivery can be delayed up to 24-48 hours
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Location Restrictions: Valid only in Bangalore, Delhi, Gurgaon, and Mumbai
- Redemption Channels: Can be used on Freshmenu website, App and M-site
- Usage Method: Entire eGift Card amount will be redeemed and credited to the Freshmoney wallet; after the amount is credited, it can be used across multiple orders
- Revalidation: eGift Card cannot be re-validated once expired
- Cash Redemption: Not redeemable for cash or credit
- Loss/Theft: If the customer misplaces the eGift card, Freshmenu shall not be responsible to reimburse/refund; no duplicate will be issued
- Validity Extension: The validity period will not be extended under any circumstances
