How to redeem
- Visit any company authorized FASTRACK Store
- Select the Fastrack products you wish to purchase
- Inform the staff that you will be using an e-gift card for payment
- Present your e-gift card at the time of checkout
- The entire value of the e-gift card must be used in a single transaction as partial redemption is not allowed
- If you wish to use multiple e-gift cards, you can combine up to 5 cards in a single transaction
- Remember that the e-gift card cannot be used on products that are already discounted
- The e-gift card cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers in the store
- Once used, no refund or credit note will be issued for any unused portion of the e-gift card value
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for a maximum of 6 months from the date of issuance
- Redemption Channels: Can be redeemed at all company authorized FASTRACK Stores
- Partial Redemption: Partial redemption is not allowed
- Usage Limitations: Redeemable only once
- Multiple Usage: Multiple e-gift cards (up to 5) can be used against a single transaction
- Offer Restrictions: Not applicable on discounted products and cannot be clubbed with any other offer in the store
- Refund Policy: No refund or credit note would be issued against unused or partially used voucher
