Things to note
- Visit any participating Arrow/Arvind Brands store
- Present the printout of the e-gift card to the customer relationship officer prior to billing or when you want to redeem the card
- Select the merchandise you wish to purchase
- In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of the e-gift card, the difference must be paid by cash, credit card or debit card
- Remember that the e-gift card must be used in a single transaction as partial redemption is not allowed
- If you wish to use multiple e-gift cards, you can combine up to 5 cards in a single bill
- Note that the e-gift card is freely transferable
- E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly, but sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up to 24 hours
