How to redeem
- Visit any exclusive Hidesign boutique in India
- Note that the E-Gift Card cannot be used for online purchases
- Select the Hidesign products you wish to purchase (bags, wallets, belts, etc.)
- Present your E-Gift Card at the checkout counter
- The E-Gift Card can be redeemed just once
- Keep the card safe as it is treated like cash and no duplicates will be issued if lost
- E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly, but sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up to 24 hours
- No returns and no refunds on gift cards are possible

- Redemption Channels: Valid at all exclusive Hidesign boutiques in India
- Usage Limitations: Can be redeemed only once
- Online Redemption: Cannot be redeemed against an online purchase
- Store Restrictions: Can be redeemed only at selected outlets
- Loss/Theft: This is a bearer card, please treat it like cash; no duplicate cards shall be reissued if lost, misplaced or stolen
- Damage Policy: The E-Gift Card will be replaced under certain terms and conditions in case of damage
