How to redeem
- Online:
- Visit crossword.in and select the product of your choice
- Proceed to checkout and click on Gift Card
- Enter the card number and PIN and click 'Use Gift Card'; if any balance is left to pay, complete it via another payment mode
- Offline:
- Visit a listed Crossword outlet and choose the products you want to buy
- At the billing counter, share the gift card number and PIN with the cashier
- The cashier will verify the balance and redeem the card against your bill; in store, the full card balance must be consumed in a single transaction

- Excluded Categories: Cannot be used for the purchase of fine jewellery, silver coins or gold coins; delivery and platform fees cannot be paid via gift card
