How to redeem
- Visit any exclusive JACK&JONES store in India
- Select the merchandise you wish to purchase
- Present your e-Gift card at the time of payment
- To check the validity on this card, SMS BAL [Card Number] to 9212356161
- If your purchase value exceeds the gift card value, you'll need to pay the balance using other payment methods available at the store
- Note that this is a one-time use card and must be used in a single transaction
- For any disputes regarding this gift card, the decision of Best United India Comforts Private Limited shall be final and binding
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase/issue
- Issuer: Property of Best United India Comforts Private Limited
- Usage Limitations: Valid for one time use only; the entire amount needs to be redeemed in a single transaction
- Balance Handling: Any balance pending after the first usage shall expire immediately
- Expiry Policy: Any amount not utilized by the user/purchaser upon the expiry of the Card will be forfeited by the Issuer
