How to redeem
- Visit https://www.jockey.in
- Select the products you want to buy
- Go to the checkout page
- Select payment using Jockey gift card
- Submit the card number and PIN to redeem
- Pay any balance amount using credit card, debit card, or net banking
- Note: Jockey gift cards cannot be redeemed at Jockey offline stores (EBOs)
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 365 days (1 year) from the date of issue; expired E-Gift Cards cannot be revalidated
- Redemption Channels: Online only, on www.jockey.in; not redeemable at Jockey offline stores (EBOs)
- Usage Limitations: One-time use - if the order value exceeds the card value, pay the difference via another payment mode; if the order value is less than the card value, the card cannot be redeemed
- Transferability: Non-transferable; to be used only by the individual to whom it is issued
- Cancellation Policy: Non-refundable; cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit
