How to redeem
- Online:
- Open the EatSure Android / iOS app
- Select the items of your choice and proceed to checkout; fill in the required address details
- Choose the Pay by Gift Card option at checkout
- Enter your 16-digit Gift Card number and PIN
- Pay any balance amount using other available payment modes
Things to note
- Validity: 1 year from date of purchase
- Redemption Channels: Online only, redeemable on the EatSure iOS / Android app
- Denominations: Range, Rs 100 to Rs 10,000 per voucher (up to 10 vouchers per order)
- Multiple Usage: Multiple gift cards cannot be clubbed in one order
- Partial Redemption: Card can be redeemed multiple times until the full value is exhausted (balance carries over)
- Account Setup: Gift card must be added to your EatSure user account before use
- Eligible Products: Redeemable across the EatSure cloud-kitchen network (Honest Bowl and other in-app brands)
- Card Type: Card and PIN (non-secured)
