How to redeem
- Online:
- Adding a Gift Card:
- Go to the Gift Cards page and click ‘Add New Gift Card’.
- Enter the 16-digit card number and 6-digit PIN. Tap ‘Add to My Account’ to save the card.
- Alternatively, you can also add your gift card during checkout, just head to the Payments page after selecting your hotel.
- Using a Gift Card for Payment:
- After choosing your hotel, proceed to the Payments page.
- Select the Gift Card option to view your saved cards. Click ‘Continue’, choose the gift card you want to use, and hit ‘Apply’. You can apply a partial amount or the full balance.
- If your gift card covers the full amount, simply confirm your booking. If not, pay the remaining balance to complete your reservation.
Things to note
- Validity: 1 year from date of issue
- Redemption Channels: Online only (www.goibibo.com or goIbibo Android & iOS app)
- Denominations: Range Rs 250 to Rs 1,00,000
- Product Eligibility: Valid for Hotel bookings only. Not valid on Flights, Holiday packages, Homestays, Bus, Rail, VISA, experiences or Car bookings
- Multiple Usage: Up to 3 Gift Cards can be combined and used in 1 transaction
- Combination: Cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer, discount, cashback, or promotion run by Goibibo on app or website
- Payment Restriction: Does not apply to the Pay Later payment option
- Cancellation: Once purchased, gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded
