Things to note
- Validity: 1 year from date of purchase
- Redemption Channels: Online only, redeemable on the EatSure iOS / Android app
- Denominations: Range, Rs 100 to Rs 10,000 per voucher (up to 10 vouchers per order, max order value Rs 10,000)
- Multiple Usage: Multiple gift cards cannot be clubbed in one order
- Partial Redemption: Card can be redeemed multiple times until the full value is exhausted (balance carries over)
- Account Setup: Gift card must be added to your EatSure user account before use
- Eligible Products: Redeemable across the EatSure cloud-kitchen network (Fricken fried chicken menu and other in-app brands)
- Top-up Payment: Any balance above the gift card value must be paid using other available payment modes
- Cancellation Policy: Once purchased, gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded
