How to redeem
- In-store:
- Visit any listed Columbia Sportswear retail outlet and select your products.
- Once the products are scanned for invoicing, share your registered mobile number with the cashier. The cashier will confirm the available Gift Voucher and its balance.
- Confirm the amount to be used for redemption, then pay any remaining balance, if applicable.
- The cashier proceeds with invoicing to complete the purchase.
- Multiple gift vouchers can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance, and a voucher/e-Pay can be clubbed with any one of the existing offers.

- Validity: Gift Voucher is valid for redemption within the validity period; once converted into e-Pay balance, it can be used across multiple transactions until expiry
