How to redeem
- Online:
- Plan your stay at a participating CGH Earth property (list at https://www.cghearth.com/gift-card/ - includes Coconut Lagoon, Marari Beach, SwaSwara and others)
- Contact CGH Earth's Holiday Consultants on a prior-reservation basis: call +91 75940 12555 or email bookings@cghearth.com
- Share your gift card details with the consultant to apply the balance against your room booking
- Present the original gift card or the e-mail at the time of check-in at the hotel
Things to note
- Validity: 1 year from date of purchase
- Channels: Redeemable only by prior reservation through CGH Earth's Holiday Consultants (call +91 75940 12555 or email bookings@cghearth.com); not redeemable on a public website checkout
- Denominations: Range, Rs 10,000 to Rs 1,00,000 per voucher (max Rs 1,00,000 per order, up to 10 vouchers per order)
- Eligible Properties: Participating CGH Earth experience hotels only (Coconut Lagoon, Marari Beach, SwaSwara and other listed properties at https://www.cghearth.com/gift-card/)
- Eligible Spend: Room bookings only on a prior-reservation basis; cannot be used for Food and Beverages, Ayurveda or any other on-property spend
- Multiple Usage: Multiple transactions can be performed on the same gift card until the balance is exhausted
- Check-in Requirement: A valid CGH Earth Experience Gift Card (original or e-mail) must be presented at the time of check-in
- Activation: No separate activation step; the card is usable on issue
