How to redeem
- Visit any U.S. Polo Assn. store in India
- Select the merchandise you want to purchase
- Present the printout of this e-gift card to the customer relationship officer prior to billing
- Inform the staff that you'll be using a gift card for payment
- If your purchase value exceeds the gift card amount, pay the difference using cash, credit card, or debit card
- Complete your purchase
- Note that the card can only be used for in-store purchases (cannot be used online)

- E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly, but sometimes delivery can be delayed up to 24 hours due to system issues
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 6 months from the date of activation
- Issuer: This e-gift card is issued by Arvind Brands
- Redemption Location: Redeemable at Arvind Brands stores in India
- Usage Limitation: E-Gift Card can be redeemed only once, partial redemption not allowed
- Multiple Cards: Only 5 e-gift cards can be used in a single bill
- Payment during EOSS: Valid during EOSS and promotions at local stores only on MRP products
- Cash Conversion: The e-gift card balance is redeemable for merchandise only and will not be redeemed for cash
- Lost Cards: Will not be replaced or refunded if lost
- Excess Amount: If the merchandise value exceeds the e-gift card value, the difference must be paid by cash, credit card or debit card
