- Eligibility: Instant Gift Voucher accepted at all listed TGI Friday's outlets at the brand's sole discretion
- Redemption Channels: In-store only at listed TGI Friday's outlets; CANNOT be used online
- Denominations: Range Rs 100 to Rs 10,000
- Activation: Visit gftr.it/tgf to activate/add the E-Pay code to your account before redemption
- Multiple Usage: Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be used against one bill
- Partial Use: The unused amount of the Gift Voucher remains as E-Pay balance and can be used until completely exhausted or until it expires
- Happy Hours: Gift Vouchers CAN be used during Happy Hours
- Meal Combos: Gift Vouchers CANNOT be used for Meal Combos, lunch/dinner combos, or any discounted promotional menus
- Combination with Offers: Two promotional offers cannot be clubbed
- Block-out Dates: Cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates that TGI Friday's may add or remove at its sole discretion
- Identity Proof: The brand may ask for a valid Government identity proof at the time of redeeming the Instant Gift Voucher
- Outlet Discretion: Outlets may be added or removed from the listed network without prior notice; an outlet may also refuse to accept vouchers due to technical or administrative reasons
- Validity: Instant Gift Voucher cannot be revalidated once expired
- Technical Block: If an Instant Gift Voucher gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be activated within 72 hours
- Liability: TGI Friday's and its partners are not liable for compensation if an outlet cannot accept the Voucher; the customer is responsible for settling the bill. Brand is also not responsible if the beneficiary shares the Voucher number and it is redeemed without authorisation
