How to redeem
- Visit www.tatacliq.com and select the items you want to purchase
- Proceed to checkout when ready to make your purchase
- At the payment page, select "Gift Card" as your payment option
- Enter your Gift Card details
- If your purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with credit card, net banking, or debit card
- If your purchase amount is less than the Gift Card value, the remaining balance will stay on the card and be applied to future purchases in order of earliest expiration date

- For registering your Gift Card, you must first add the value stored on your Gift Card into your Tata Cliq Wallet/User Account as a pre-requisite to redemption
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for one year from the date of issuance
- Multiple Usage: Multiple Gift Cards can be used in a transaction
- Transferability: Unused Gift Card balances associated with a tatacliq.com account may not be transferred to another account
- Revalidation: The cardholder may request for revalidation of expired gift cards after verification and subject to additional terms
- Redemption Channels: Only redeemable toward eligible products on www.tatacliq.com
- Restrictions: Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
- Reloading: Cannot be reloaded
- Refund Policy: Cannot be redeemed for cash or credit
- Jurisdiction: Terms are governed by the laws of India with courts at Mumbai having exclusive jurisdiction
