How to redeem
- Online:
- Open the SNITCH app or website and go to the accounts section
- Select Gift Cards
- Select 'Redeem Gift Card'
- Enter the 16-digit Gift Card number and 4-digit PIN
- Amount is instantly added to your Wallet balance
- Use the wallet balance against purchases made on the SNITCH app or website
Things to note
- Validity: 1 year from date of purchase
- Redemption Channels: Online only, on the SNITCH app and website (https://www.snitch.com)
- Denominations: Range, Rs 500 to Rs 25,000 per voucher
- Wallet-Based Redemption: Gift card balance is loaded into your SNITCH Wallet on redemption; the wallet balance is then used at checkout on the SNITCH app or website
- Top-Up: Gift cards cannot be recharged, topped up, or reused once the balance is exhausted
- Returns and Refunds: No returns or refunds on gift cards, e-gift cards, or gift vouchers
