How to redeem
- Visit any Reliance Digital Store in India (check store locations at storelocator.ril.com/Retail)
- Select the products you wish to purchase
- Present your Gift Voucher at the time of payment
- Remember that this voucher must be redeemed in full and cannot be used in parts
- If you want to use multiple Gift Vouchers, present all of them together at the time of billing
- In case of any issue, reach out to Customer service desk at the Stores or Customer Care at Toll free number 18008910001/18001027382
- Alternatively, you can email at customerservice@ril.com
- For any Reliance Retail GV queries/issues related to receiving of the voucher, contact customer care of Qwikcilver at RRLsupport@pinelabs.com
- Note that the Gift Voucher cannot be used online and is valid only for in-store purchases
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for a period of 12 months from the date of receipt
- Issuer: Issued by Reliance Retail Limited (Reliance)
- Redemption Locations: Redeemable only against the purchase of qualified products from Reliance Digital Stores in India
- Cash Conversion: Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Redemption Type: Can be redeemed only once
- Product Restrictions: Not valid on purchase of Gold/Silver Coins
- Partial Redemption: Cannot be redeemed in parts and needs to be redeemed for full value
- Expiry Extension: No extension of the validity period nor refund of the value in case of failure to use the Gift Voucher
- Loss/Theft: Reliance shall not be responsible for loss or misuse of Gift Voucher; no duplicate or compensation shall be provided
- Liability Limit: Reliance's overall liability will not exceed the value of the Gift Voucher
- Discounted Products: CAN be used to buy discounted products
- Multiple Cards: Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be used in one bill
- Store Locations: CAN be used at all Listed Outlets on storelocator.ril.com/Retail
- Online Usage: CANNOT be used online
