How to redeem
- The gift voucher / e-Pay is accepted at all listed outlets
- The gift voucher / e-Pay cannot be used online
- The gift voucher / e-Pay can be used during sale
- Multiple gift vouchers can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance
- The gift voucher / e-Pay cannot be used on discounted products during EOSS
Things to note
- Multiple Usage: More than one GV/GC can be used in one bill; supports partial redemption (unused amount remains as EPay balance until exhausted or expired)
- Redemption Channels: In-store only - accepted at listed Raymond outlets. Cannot be used online
- Combination: Can be used during End of Season Sale (EOSS), but cannot be applied to discounted products during the sale
- Usage Restrictions: Can only be used to purchase ready-made products; not applicable for Custom Tailoring bills. Cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates
- Excluded Products: Custom Tailoring bills; discounted products during EOSS
- Cancellation Policy: No refund or credit note for unused or partially used vouchers; cannot be revalidated once expired and cannot be cancelled
