How to redeem
- Visit https://www.ray-ban.com/india
- Browse and select the Ray-Ban products you wish to purchase
- Add the selected items to your cart
- Proceed to checkout
- On the payment page, look for the gift card payment option
- Enter your gift card number and PIN/verification code if required
- Apply the gift card to your purchase
- If your purchase value exceeds the gift card value, pay the balance using another payment method
- Complete your order
- Remember that you can use up to five gift cards for a single invoice
- Note that the gift card can only be used on the official Ray-Ban website (https://www.ray-ban.com/india) and not on other marketplaces or in physical stores
- For any redemption issues, contact Ray-Ban customer care
- Ensure you use your gift card before its 180-day validity period expires
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for six months (180 days) from date of activation
- Legal Status: The gift card is not a legal tender or replacement of credit/debit card
- Cash Conversion: This card cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque
- Beneficiary: The holder of this card is deemed to be the beneficiary
- Redemption Location: This Gift Card is valid only at https://www.ray-ban.com/india
- Multiple Cards: Maximum of five gift cards can be redeemed against single invoice
- Loss/Damage: No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced Gift Card
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute should be referred to Ray-Ban customer care and the decision of the company shall be final
- Redemption Restrictions: This card cannot be redeemed at any offline stores, Multi Brand Store, or any other websites (marketplaces) such as amazon.com or flipkart.com
