How to redeem
- Online Redemption:
- Visit www.lenskart.com or use the Lenskart mobile app
- Select your products and proceed to checkout
- Enter your gift card details at the payment section
- If the order value exceeds the gift card balance, pay the remaining amount using Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/UPI/Cash on Delivery
- If the order value is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will be available for future transactions until expiry
- In-store Redemption:
- Visit any company-authorized Lenskart store
- Select your products and inform the staff that you wish to use a gift card for payment
- Present your gift card details at checkout
- Pay any remaining balance if the order value exceeds your gift card amount
- Home Try On Service Redemption:
- When the Lenskart representative visits your home, inform them that you wish to use a gift card
- Provide your gift card details for payment
- Pay any remaining balance if necessary
- Important Note: Protect your gift card PIN or number as Lenskart is not liable for any misuse due to loss of confidential details
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 12 months from the date of issuance
- Applicable Products: Applicable on all items (eyeglasses, sunglasses, computer glasses, contact lenses and accessories) except branded contact lenses (Bausch + Lomb, Johnson & Johnson, Alcon, Freshlook, and Acuvue)
- Redemption Channels: Can be redeemed on www.lenskart.com, mobile apps, all company-authorized Lenskart stores, or Lenskart Home Try on services
- Multiple Usage: Multiple gift cards can be added into a single balance container and used across one or more transactions
- Partial Usage: No refund or credit note will be issued against unused or partially used vouchers
- Technical Issues: If a voucher gets blocked due to a technical issue, it will be usable only after 72 hours
- Order Cancellation: In case of order cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the original gift card container
- Restrictions: Cannot be redeemed on contactskart.com
