How to redeem
- Online:
- Download the Porter app, choose the Packers and Movers option, then select the Shifting service. Enter locations, add items, check price options, and confirm your pick-up slot.
- Go to the Coupons and Offers section, enter your voucher code, and click Apply. The voucher amount is applied to the bill directly.
- Check your breakup under Payment Summary and pay the remaining amount using any payment mode.
- Gift Vouchers can be used only to book Packers and Movers services.
- A Gift Voucher cannot be used multiple times, multiple vouchers cannot be used in a single booking, and vouchers cannot be clubbed with offers.
Things to note
- Validity: Gift Voucher is valid for redemption within the validity period; it is a one-time use voucher and cannot be revalidated once expired
- What it is: A gift voucher for Porter Packers and Movers, a house-shifting / packers and movers service that handles complete relocations within the city and across cities - secure packing, careful loading, transportation, unloading, and furniture assembly by trained professionals
- Redemption Channels: Online only - booked and redeemed exclusively on the Porter app for Packers and Movers services
- Usage: Valid only for Packers and Movers (Shifting) bookings; not valid for Trucks, Two-Wheelers, or Enterprise business services on the Porter platform. The voucher is one-time use and cannot be partially redeemed; if the booking amount exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid via available payment modes on Porter
- Stacking: Multiple vouchers cannot be redeemed in a single booking/order, and the voucher cannot be clubbed with existing offers
