How to redeem
- Online:
- Visit domesticappliances.philips.co.in on the website or mobile app and add items to your cart
- Proceed to checkout
- In the e-Pay / Gift Voucher section, enter your gift card code to add it and check the balance
- Enter the amount you want to redeem and complete the order; pay any remaining balance via another payment option

- About: Philips is a trusted consumer electronics and personal care brand offering home appliances, kitchen appliances and grooming devices, including trimmers, irons, mixers and air fryers.
- Validity: 6 months from date of purchase
- Redemption Channels: Online only at domesticappliances.philips.co.in (mobile app and website)
- Denominations: Fixed values, Rs 500, Rs 1,000, Rs 2,000 and Rs 5,000
- Partial Use: Once converted to e-Pay wallet balance, the gift card can be used across multiple transactions within the validity period
- Stacking: Multiple gift cards can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance for a single purchase
- Discount Stacking: Cannot be used over and above any discounts offered by the brand on the website
- Eligible Purchases: Valid for all purchases of products and services on the Philips website
- Wallet Linking: The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number
- Cancellation Policy: Once issued, gift cards cannot be cancelled or blocked; non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Re-validation: Cannot be revalidated once expired or cancelled
