How to redeem
- Online:
- Visit makemytrip.com or open the MakeMyTrip Android/iOS app and proceed to the international hotels flow (makemytrip.com/hotels-international/)
- Select your hotel, complete the booking till the Payment Page, and tap Gift Cards to redeem
- In the Gift Card section, tap Add MMT e-Pay Gift Card, enter your registered mobile number and the 16-digit voucher code, tap Send OTP and Verify, enter the OTP, then select Verify and Add Card
- The gift voucher amount is applied and deducted from the total bill; pay any remaining balance using other payment methods
- This is a MakeMyTrip Hotel e-Pay and NOT a MakeMyTrip Gift Card. On the payment page, under 'Gift Cards, Wallets and More', select 'MakeMyTrip Gift Card' then the third option 'MMT e-Pay gift card' to add the 16-digit number
- A maximum of 3 MakeMyTrip Hotel e-Pay Gift Cards can be used in one transaction
- Can only be used for HOTEL BOOKINGS; cannot be clubbed with ongoing offers

- Validity: Per gift card validity period (specific duration not stated by GFVG); validity cannot be extended under any circumstances
- Redemption Channels: Online only; redeemable on www.makemytrip.com or the MakeMyTrip Android/iOS app via the international hotels flow (makemytrip.com/hotels-international/)
- Denominations: Fixed; Rs 100, Rs 1,000, Rs 2,000, Rs 5,000, Rs 7,500, Rs 10,000
- Eligibility: Valid only for MakeMyTrip international hotel bookings; NOT valid on Flights, Holidays, Cab, Bus, Activities, Rail or VISA, and not usable for myBiz bookings or the Pay Later option
- Partial Use: Supports partial redemption; remaining balance stays on the same e-Pay Gift Card till the validity period and can be reused across multiple transactions
- Multiple Usage: A maximum of 3 MakeMyTrip Hotel e-Pay Gift Cards can be combined in a single booking
- Combination: Cannot be clubbed with any ongoing offer, discount, cashback or promotion run by makemytrip.com
- Card Type: This is a MakeMyTrip Hotel e-Pay Gift Card, NOT a regular MakeMyTrip Gift Card; on the payment page select 'Gift Cards, Wallets & More' then 'MakeMyTrip Gift Card' then the third option 'MMT e-Pay gift card' to enter the 16-digit number
- Cancellation Policy: Bookings cancelled within validity get the amount reversed back to the same e-Pay Gift Card; if the e-Pay Gift Card has expired by the time of cancellation, no refund is processed
- Refunds: The e-Pay Gift Card itself cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash
- Usage Restrictions: For individual use only; travel agents found using the e-Pay Gift Card will have bookings cancelled with no refund
