How to redeem
- Online Redemption:
- Visit makemytrip.com, select Flight/Hotel/Holiday, complete the booking till the Payment Page, and click on Gift Cards to redeem
- In the Gift Card section, tap Add MMT e-Pay Gift Card, enter the registered mobile number and 16-digit voucher code, click Send OTP & Verify, enter the OTP, and select Verify & Add Card
- The gift voucher amount is applied and deducted from the total bill; pay the remaining balance, if any, using other payment methods
- Important Notes:
- This is a MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay and not a MakeMyTrip Gift Card. On the payment page, under 'Gift Cards, Wallets & More', select 'MakeMyTrip Gift Card' option, then choose the third option 'MMT e-Pay gift card' to add the 16-digit number
- MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay can ONLY be used for HOLIDAY BOOKINGS
- Cannot be clubbed with any ongoing offers
- A maximum of 3 MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay can be used in one transaction

- Validity: Validity cannot be extended under any circumstances; check balance and validity at www.makemytrip.com/gift-cards/?popup=checkbalance
- Eligibility: Valid only for MakeMyTrip Holidays bookings (vacation packages); NOT valid on Flights, Hotels, Cab, Bus, Activities, Rail, Homestays or VISA, and not valid on bookings through myBiz
- Redemption Channels: Online only via www.makemytrip.com or MakeMyTrip Android/iOS app (Holiday bookings); cannot be redeemed Offline for Flights and Hotels
- Denominations: Fixed: Rs 1,000, Rs 2,000, Rs 5,000, Rs 10,000
- Partial Use: Valid for partial redemption; remaining balance stays on the card till validity and can be reused across multiple transactions
- Multiple Usage: Maximum 3 MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Cards can be combined in 1 booking
- Combination: Cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer, discount, cashback or promotion run by makemytrip.com on the app or website
- Pay Later: Not applicable to the Pay Later payment option
- Cancellation Policy: On cancellation within validity, the amount is reversed back to the same MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Card; if validity has expired at time of cancellation, no refund is processed
- Refunds on Failed Transactions: Auto-refunded to the same gift card within 24 hours
- Non-Cash: Cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash
- Individual Use: For individual use only; travel agents found using the card will have bookings cancelled with no refund
