How to redeem
- Online Redemption:
- Visit https://in.loccitane.com, select a product, add it to the bag, and click Checkout
- Enter your mobile number, verify it with OTP, select delivery details, then proceed to the payment page and choose Gyftr ePay
- In Gyftr ePay, click Recharge to add vouchers (or add manually), enter the ePay amount, tap Redeem, and use another payment method for any remaining balance
- Important Notes:
- The GV/e-Pay is accepted only on https://in.loccitane.com
- Multiple gift vouchers can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance
- The GV CAN be used partially once converted to e-Pay balance
- GV/e-Pay CAN be clubbed with existing offers on the L'Occitane website
- The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number

- Cancellation Policy: GV/e-Pay cannot be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances
