- Visit any Lifestyle or Home Centre store in India
- Select your merchandise and proceed to checkout
- Present your eGift card number and PIN at the time of payment
- If the merchandise value exceeds the gift card value, pay the difference using another payment method

- Protect your eGift card number and PIN to avoid misuse, as Lifestyle will not replace stolen/compromised cards

Things to note
- Validity: Valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of issue.
- Multiple Usage: Multiple e-gift cards can be redeemed in a single invoice.
- Redemption Channels: Redeemable only at offline stores of Lifestyle and Home Centre in India.
- Redemption Restrictions: Can be redeemed only once and in full.
- Balance Handling: If merchandise value exceeds gift card value, the difference must be paid by the bearer; no refunds or credit notes for the unused portion.
- Cancellation Policy: Once issued, no requests for cancellation will be entertained.
