How to redeem
- In-store: Visit a Forever New store and select the products you want to purchase
- Present the gift card at the billing counter at the time of payment
- Pay any balance over the card value using another payment method
- Online: Visit https://www.forevernew.co.in/, add your products and proceed to checkout
- Select the gift card as the payment tender, enter the card number and PIN, and redeem
- Pay any additional value using another payment method
Things to note
- Validity: 12 months from the date of issue or last transaction, whichever is later
- Where to use: Redeemable at Forever New retail outlets and on the official website https://www.forevernew.co.in/
- Channels: Can be used both online and in-store
- Usage limit: Only one gift card can be used per transaction; balance depletes with each purchase until used up or expired
- Top-up: If the purchase value exceeds the card balance, pay the difference using another payment method
- Eligible products: Valid only against purchase of eligible products from Forever New; cannot be used to buy another gift card
- Cancellation: Once purchased, the gift card is non-cancellable and non-refundable; lost/stolen/damaged cards are not replaced
