How to redeem
- In-store: visit any Fabindia store in India (except airport stores), select your merchandise, and present the e-Gift Card details at the billing counter at the time of payment
- Online: log in to fabindia.com, add products to your cart, and select Gift Card as the payment mode at checkout (not available on the Fabindia mobile app)
- The card must be redeemed in full in one transaction; pay any balance amount by cash or card
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for one year (365 days) from the date of issue; the validity cannot be extended under any circumstances
- Redemption Channels: All Fabindia stores in India (except airport stores) and online at fabindia.com for logged-in users under the Gift Card payment mode; currently not redeemable on the Fabindia mobile app
- Usage Limitations: Must be redeemed in full in a single transaction; partial redemption is not allowed; can be redeemed only once
- Transferability: Freely transferable; redeemable by the bearer for any product/merchandise at any participating Fabindia store, unless otherwise specified at the point of sale
- Balance Payment: Purchases exceeding the value of the e-Gift Card should be settled by cash or credit card
- Cash Conversion: Cannot be redeemed for cash or credit; any unutilized balance will not be refunded
- Loss/Theft: The e-Gift Card will not be replaced or refunded if lost
- Delivery: E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly; delivery can occasionally be delayed up to 24 hours due to system issues
